Thank you Ziggy. Looking at future movie nights, I note that I have the original "Gojira" on DVD. But I'll have to go looking for "The World's End." Oh well.
I think I'm going to take a little evening stroll and then finish this lazy Sunday playing video games. See you next week!
When the film opened in 1931, two famous men joined Chaplin during two different showings. One was a scientist and the other a playwriter, can you name them?
In two weeks, 𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐳𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐞 will be the matinee. I like shaking things up!
Such a good movie.
Loved it!
Sorry that I missed this, Ziggy, but I did fall asleep and took a long nap after church and all of the errands I had to do afterwards.

Tears rolling down my cheeks! Damn if that isn't the best ending!

wild guesses of Arthur Miller and Albert Einstein!
Good guesses, 50% correct! Albert Einstein and George Bernard Shaw.
I had Arthur Miller on my mind, too, probably because he was married to Marilyn Monroe when she played in "Some Like It Hot."
