Now, about how the network scheduled this to be the first episode shown. There is so much in this episode, both little resonances and major plot points, that don't make as much sense if you haven't seen the actual first episode. I haven't seen, nor have I sought to find, much info on why the network borked the showing of this series almost from the get-go, but it would seem there was someone in the C-suite who was out to sabotage it.
