It is the East, and Ms. Calico is the sun!
There was a real connection, a meeting of eyes, no more games. Harry put both paws on the window, “this is my belly, I trust you! See how tall I can stretch.”
All of this back and forth but Ms. Calico has not been seen in three days. Everyday Harry jumps up into the window and looks for her. But she’s not there. I tell him to be patient, it looked like maybe her family was away for a few days. I told Harry she would return, she was just on vacation. It is hard to be patient when you’re in love.
To paraphrase Shakespeare:
Oh Ms. Calico, Ms. Calico
wherefore art thou
Ms. Calico?
When will we see Ms. Calico again?
Was she really on vacation or is there something more sinister afoot?
Tune in next Tuesday to find out!

This is really good !
I am reminded of a quote from some movie - some old black and white thing. About a newspaper guy and a sled...
Mr. Bernstein: A fellow will remember a lot of things you wouldn't think he'd remember. You take me. One day, back in 1896, I was crossing over to Jersey on the ferry, and as we pulled out, there was another ferry pulling in, and on it there was a girl waiting to get off. A white dress she had on. She was carrying a white parasol. I only saw her for one second. She didn't see me at all, but I'll bet a month hasn't gone by since that I haven't thought of that girl.
Oh no! Do you think Harry was just a summer fling for Ms Calico ?
