This week in honor of Barbie being the star of Wonkette Movie Night we are going PINK. Pink Kush is a strain that is good for pain relief, helping me after dental surgery. It also can assist with sleep. As for waking and baking, I recommend that for experienced tokers only, it’s great if you don’t have too much to do that day besides enjoy it. With strains like this I will mix in a hybrid or sativa to give it a little energy.
A benefit of legalization was the ability to find what strains are best for you. Some may get nostalgic for the handshake purchase of whatever your guy had that week, but I do not miss it a single bit. Now I always get quality, they never run out and I don’t worry about getting something that is going to increase my anxiety. It gets delivered to my door, they give loyalty rewards and have regular sales. For me it is now much cheaper than when it was illegal.

Cannabutter/Oil
From our friend Chicken ate my Ballot:
“I make up my own, I can get shakes from the local dispensary here half an ounce for $29. They have a variety every week when I see one that is 22 to 29% THC then I get an ounce.”
Infuse the shake in about 2 1/2 cups of olive oil or 2 1/2 cups of clarified butter. You decarb the shake first, using a cookie sheet in the oven at 240° for 40 minutes stirring halfway through. Let cool.
Using a crockpot, add 2 1/2 cups of whatever oil/butter you are going to use and 1 ounce of decarbed weed.
“I have a three stage crockpot it's got three bays in it so I can do oils and butters and even coconut oil if I want it to all at the same time.”
I set it on low and cook it for six to about eight hours then I strain it. You could use a French press coffee maker to press the weed. After straining/pressing it put the liquid in the refrigerator. The oil will solidify. Leave it overnight.
